During the compounding process, different materials, which also differ in their consistency, are mixed into a resin that is processible for extruders. These compounds cannot be obtained on the market, NORDENIA manufactures them with its own know-how and on the basis of its many years lead in experience. Powdered and pasty products can also be melted into a base polymer through compounding. Together with the standard raw materials, they are processed into special films with individual properties. |

Recycling
During production, NORDENIA not only ensures the economical use of energy and the minimization of pollution. The consumption of raw materials is being constantly reduced at NORDENIA through the consistent recycling of production residues. The residues that accrue during production are processed using recycling extruders and fed back into a production cycle. As a result, recycled materials are made from film residues that are close to primary raw materials in their quality. |
