However, the customers' production facilities frequently demand narrower roll widths. The "large rolls", which are optimal for the manufacturing process, are cut on high-performance cutters to the dimensions required by customers for their own processing. |
Manufacturing Components
In addition to rollstock, individual packaging, and bulk containers, NORDENIA also offers the product field individual components. Elastic components and fasteners are produced as supplier products for diaper manufacturing. These components are processed further in the production of diapers for babies and adults. |

Manufacturing Big-Bags and Liners
NORDENIA manufactures flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) from polypropylene. Its range of hazardous goods packaging is particularly varied. The solutions for electrostatic requirements are patented. Big-Bags and liners made by NORDENIA are especially suited for packaging and transporting plastic pellets, food concentrates, and basic chemicals. |
Manufacturing Bags and Sacks
In addition to rollstock, NORDENIA offers customized solutions for the customers' packing machines. The products are adapted individually with regard to the formula and the format. Examples of typical applications can be found in the areas of hygiene (feminine sanitary bags), food (frozen food), and pet food. NORDENIA offers top-fold bags, side-gusset bags, bottomfold bags, flat bags, and the FlexZiBox as delivery formats. The bags can be supplied with or without handles (in various designs). |
