The site NORDENIA DEUTSCHLAND Gronau will present itself at the Empack in the Netherlands on 4th and 5th of April, from 18th to 20th April in Xiamen, Chinam at the CIDPEX'12 (China International Disposable Paper Expo) and from 23rd to 27th April at the trade fair in Hanover, Germany. Ralph Landwehr, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Executive Board, Andreas Picolin, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Vice Chairman of the Executive Board, and Andreas Busacker, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Executive Board, will continue to run the international film manufacturer and converter in the next five years. Millions Invested in Osterburken Site

Osterburken, Jun 9, 2011. The worldwide operating manufacturer of flexible packaging, technical films and product components NORDENIA INTERNATIONAL AG is investing approximately €3 million in its German site in Osterburken (Baden-Württemberg). An additional factory building for extrusion is currently being constructed, which will be the site of a new three-layer coextruding facility from mid July 2011 onwards. NORDENIA DEUTSCHLAND Osterburken mainly produces films for food packaging, which are distributed all over Europe. Continued
