Pre-made Bags
NORDENIA manufactures mono or co-extruded PE and PP bags and film composite bags in various film thicknesses.
The pre-made bags are delivered on wicket pins or fixing stirrups or as flat bags. Depending on customer requirements, they are equipped with special functions such as integrated handles, high tearing ability and sealability, special opening perforations, or a reclosable function.
Despite the low film thickness, which can be about 25 µm, depending on the application, these films achieve excellent, smooth running on fast packaging plants. The pre-welded bags, available in bottom-fold, side-fold, or top-fold versions, are available with or without a flap, pin-suspended, or bundled. They are also available unprinted, printed, and completely or partially painted.
The pre-made bags are used as packaging for hygiene products or as transport bags for living ornamental fish and plants, among other applications. The latter have double-welded, rounded bottoms.
